We warmly invite you into a sacred evening of deep relaxation, healing sound bath, and soul-nourishing vibrational light-codes, in Orewa, North Auckland.

We will begin the evening by sharing a warm cup of cacao together, in a ceremony— offered in reverence to Mother Earth and her beautiful plant medicines. This simple, conscious moment allows us to slow down, open the heart, and gently arrive into the space together. As we drink, we connect with the spirit of cacao, grounding ourselves in gratitude for the Earth that sustains us and the medicines that support our healing.

Together we pause in gratitude — remembering the Earth we walk upon and the medicines that walk with us.

From this heart-centered beginning, we will move into the Sound Healing Inner Journey.

Some of the usual Sound Baths benefits are stress relief, deep relaxation, anxiety relief, nervous system reset and emotional healing and balancing.

This Sound Bath is more than a vibrational experience — it is a journey into remembering who you are.

As waves of quartz crystal bowls, chakra chimes, and grounding instruments gently wash over your body and nervous system, carefully chosen empowering quotes and wisdom phrases or vibrational light-language will be softly woven into the soundscape. These words are offered like seeds — to help you rewire your deep knowing, believe in yourself, soften into trust, feel supported, and reconnect with your inner strength.
